สำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ร่วมต้อนรับ Midea Intelligent Manufacturing Branch1 (Thailand) Co., Ltd เพื่อหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (CWIE)
เมื่อวันที่ 8 ธันวาคม 2568 สำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ร่วมกับส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา ได้ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนจาก Midea Intelligent Manufacturing Branch1 (Thailand) Co., Ltd ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทในเครือของ Midea Group กลุ่มบริษัทผู้ผลิตเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าและเครื่องปรับอากาศรายใหญ่ระดับโลกจากประเทศจีน ที่เข้ามาดำเนินธุรกิจการผลิตในประเทศไทย ในการเข้าหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (CWIE)
การเข้าพบในครั้งนี้นำโดย อาจารย์ ดร.มณีพร ศักดิ์สูง รองคณบดีสำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา พร้อมด้วยคณะทำงานสหกิจศึกษา และเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนจัดหางานและฝึกงานของนักศึกษา
ประเด็นสำคัญที่ได้มีการหารือร่วมกัน ครอบคลุมหลายมิติในการพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล ได้แก่:
- การฝึกงานและการจัดโครงการสหกิจศึกษา: การสนับสนุนโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้รับประสบการณ์จริงในการทำงาน
- การรับสมัครบัณฑิต: การพิจารณาโอกาสบรรจุนักศึกษาที่ผ่านการฝึกปฏิบัติงานเป็นพนักงานประจำหลังสำเร็จการศึกษา
- โครงการพัฒนาทักษะ: การจัดทำโครงการพัฒนาทักษะภาษาจีนและทักษะเฉพาะทางด้านเทคนิคที่จำเป็นสำหรับนักศึกษาในอนาคต เพื่อเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขันในตลาดงาน
นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายยังได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางความร่วมมือในระยะยาว และหารือถึงความเป็นไปได้ในการจัดทำ บันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MOU)ในอนาคตอันใกล้ เพื่อให้ความร่วมมือนี้เป็นรูปธรรมและยั่งยืน

School of Sinology, Mae Fah Luang University Welcomes Midea Intelligent Manufacturing Branch 1 (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to Discuss Collaboration on Cooperative Education and Work-Integrated Learning (CWIE)
On 8 December 2025, the School of Sinology at Mae Fah Luang University, together with the Student Employment and Internship Division, warmly welcomed representatives from Midea Intelligent Manufacturing Branch 1 (Thailand) Co., Ltd,a subsidiary of Midea Group—one of the world’s leading manufacturers of home appliances and air-conditioning systems and and has manufacturing bases in Thailand to support its production operations. The purpose of the visit was to discuss potential collaboration on cooperative education and work-integrated learning (CWIE).
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Maneeporn Saksoong, Deputy Dean of the School of Sinology, along with the cooperative education working team and staff members from the Student Employment and Internship Division. Key discussion points covered various aspects of talent development cooperation, including: Internships and Cooperative Education Programs: Providing opportunities for students to participate in cooperative education placements and gain real-world professional experience. Recruitment of Graduates: Exploring possibilities for hiring students who successfully complete cooperative education programs as full-time employees after graduation.
Skill Development Initiatives: Designing programs to enhance students’ Chinese language proficiency and technical competencies necessary for future employment, strengthening their competitiveness in the labor market.
Both parties also exchanged perspectives on long-term collaboration and discussed the potential development of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the near future, aiming to establish a more concrete and sustainable partnership.

皇太后大学汉学院欢迎美的智能制造一厂（泰国）有限公司来访 商讨开展校企合作教育与工作融合教育（CWIE）
2025年12月8日，皇太后大学汉学院联合学生就业与实习中心，热烈欢迎来自美的智能制造一厂（泰国）有限公司的代表团来访。该公司隶属于美的集团——全球领先的家电与空调制造企业之一，并在泰国设有生产基地并开展生产制造业务。本次来访旨在商讨双方在校企合作教育与工作融合教育（CWIE）方面的合作方向。
此次会面由皇太后大学汉学院副院长莎妙慧博士主持，学院校企合作教育团队及学生就业与实习中心工作人员共同参与。
会议重点讨论了多项人才培养合作内容，包括： 实习与校企合作教育项目： 为学生提供参加合作教育的机会，获得真实的工作经验； 毕业生招聘： 探讨录用完成实习或合作教育项目的学生成为正式员工的可能性； 技能提升项目： 规划提升学生中文能力及未来就业所需技术技能的培训，以增强其在劳动力市场的竞争力。
此外，双方还就长期合作方向进行了交流，并讨论了在不久的将来签署合作备忘录（MOU）的可行性，以推动合作关系的具体化与可持续发展。
