สำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา ขับเคลื่อนแผนพัฒนาผลงานวิชาการมุ่งสู่เป้าหมายตีพิมพ์ระดับชาติและนานาชาติ จัดกิจกรรมระดมความคิดค้นหาตัวตนด้านผลงานวิชาการของคณาจารย์สำนักวิชา

             เมื่อวันที่ 25 กันยายน 2569 ที่ผ่านมา สำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา ได้จัดกิจกรรมระดมความคิดค้นหาตัวตนด้านผลงานวิชาการของคณาจารย์สำนักวิชา ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา เพื่อขับเคลื่อนแผนงานพัฒนาผลงานวิชาการ และเตรียมความพร้อมคณาจารย์ในการมุ่งสู่เป้าหมายการตีพิมพ์บทความในวารสารระดับชาติ และระดับนานาชาติ จำนวน 50 ผลงาน ภายในปีงบประมาณ 2570 – 2574
              ภายในงานได้มีการประกาศนโยบายการแบ่งกลุ่มคณาจารย์ออกเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่ม S (Starter) กลุ่ม M (Moving Up) และกลุ่ม L (Leader) เพื่อวางรากฐานและพัฒนาศักยภาพของคณาจารย์แต่ละกลุ่มได้อย่างตรงจุดและเป็นระบบ พร้อมทั้งเปิดโอกาสให้คณาจารย์ได้ร่วมกันประมวลข้อมูลผลงาน ประวัติการศึกษา และความสนใจทางวิชาการ เพื่อจับคู่สร้างเครือข่ายพี่เลี้ยง โดยดึงคณาจารย์กลุ่ม L มาทำหน้าที่สนับสนุนและให้คำปรึกษาแก่คณาจารย์กลุ่ม S และกลุ่ม M ต่อไป
            การจัดกิจกรรมดังกล่าวสำเร็จลุล่วงไปด้วยดีและบรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ทุกประการ ซึ่งนับเป็นก้าวสำคัญของสำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา ในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งเครือข่ายพี่เลี้ยงทางวิชาการ ตลอดจนยกระดับผลงานวิจัยของคณาจารย์ให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ในอนาคต

汉学院推动学术成果发展计划，迈向国内外学术发表目标

                 2026年9月25日，皇太后大学汉学院在学院会议室举办“教师学术成果定位与发展”集思会，旨在推动学术成果发展计划，并为教师做好准备，朝着在2027—2031财年期间于国内及国际学术期刊发表论文50篇的目标迈进。
                 活动期间，学院公布了教师分组发展政策，将教师分为S组（Starter，起步组）、M组（Moving Up，提升组）和L组（Leader，引领组）三个组别，以便根据不同阶段教师的实际情况，有针对性、系统性地夯实基础并提升教师的学术发展能力。同时，活动也为教师提供了交流与整合个人学术成果、教育背景及研究兴趣的机会，并据此进行导师配对，建立学术导师网络。未来，L组教师将发挥引领与支持作用，为S组和M组教师提供指导与咨询。
                本次活动顺利举行并圆满达成各项目标，是汉学院强化学术导师网络建设的重要一步，同时也将进一步推动教师科研成果质量与数量的提升，助力学院实现未来既定的学术发展目标。

School of Sinology Drives Academic Development Plan Towards National and International Publication Goals

                On 25 September 2026, the School of Sinology, Mae Fah Luang University, organised a brainstorming session on identifying the academic strengths and research profiles of its faculty members at the School of Sinology Meeting Room. The activity aimed to advance the School’s academic development plan and prepare faculty members to work towards the target of publishing 50 research articles in national and international journals during the fiscal years 2027–2031.
                  During the event, the School announced a faculty development policy that divides faculty members into three groups: S (Starter), M (Moving Up), and L (Leader). The grouping is intended to provide a systematic and targeted approach to strengthening the foundations and developing the academic potential of faculty members at different stages of their careers. Faculty members were also given the opportunity to collectively review their academic publications, educational backgrounds, and research interests in order to establish mentor–mentee pairings and develop an academic mentoring network. Faculty members in Group L will subsequently serve as mentors, providing support and guidance to those in Groups S and M.
               The activity was successfully conducted and achieved all of its objectives. It marks an important step for the School of Sinology in strengthening its academic mentoring network and further enhancing the research output of its faculty members, thereby supporting the School in achieving its academic development goals in the future.
